If you or someone you know has applied for rental assistance in November but was denied because they could not provide a lease document or evidence of hardship, MFA SAYS:  “APPLY AGAIN.”  MFA has changed its document requirements and tenants no longer have to provide a written lease or evidence of hardship.

TENANTS SHOULD APPLY NOW – IF THEY HAVE NOT ALREADY RECEIVED ASSISTANCE.

*This is information we received today from MFA about rental assistance applications.
